Cosmos/CUG/Centrex for Landline:

For using centrex facility, Minimum group size is 5. Along with the normal monthly service charge, an additional monthly service charge of Rs.50/- will be charged for each member in the centrex group for using centrex facility within the same exchange area & within the same building for the cases other than Group Housing Society. For using Citywide centrex facility a monthly service charge of Rs.125/- will be charged for each member in the centrex group (in addition to the normal monthly service charge).

PROFORMA FOR CENTREX

Information for Consumers (for other than Group Housing Societies)

1.	Name of Tariff Package	Centrex facility or COSMOS for Basic Telephone subscribers.
2.	Entry level cost viz. security deposit, advance etc.	Registration Fee:same as that of normal Telephone connection.
3.	Monthly Service Charge + other monthly recurring charges like plan fees, membership fee, commitment charges	Security Deposit, Activation charges are same as that of normal Telephone connection. Monthly service charges are same as per the tariff scheme opted for.An additional monthly charges of Rs.50/- per DEL, will be charged for using Centrex Facility within the same exchange area & Rs.125/- per month per DEL for Citywide CUG facility.
