This
page is a attempt to answer the most frequently asked questions any

 To use any query here are a few pointers

- If
you
are
unsure of the spellings use partial match option and give only
few starting characters.
- As
far
possible
don't use the exact option if you are filling up fields
key 'AREA' , 'STREET' , 'BUILDING' as the chances that there is a exact
match with the database entry (including the spaces etc.) is very low.
- To
achieve
the
above type of query use 'Starting with' option giving the
initials and the surname for the name query ,for fields like 'AREA' ,
'STREET' , 'BUILDING' as far as possible use only a first few
characters.
EXAMPLE: You have to
search for a person with the following particulars.
Nitin Vikram Bhatnayak, Anandashram Cooperative Society, Near Hunuman
Mandir, Nehru Park.
Use Exact Match option and put BHATNV
in the Abbreviated Name field and % in the
Surname field

You may find the required person else go to Step 2

If you are still not able to find the person then.

You may have spelt wrongly try using Starting with option
along with bh or bhat in the Surname field - some thing you are sure.
